1.Application of robotic arm

Automatic loading and unloading: the mechanical arm can accurately grasp the blank parts to be processed according to the preset program, and place it on the workbench of the processing equipment, and then remove the finished products or semi-finished products, to realize the automatic loading and unloading of the processing process, improve the production efficiency, reduce the time and labor intensity of manual operation.

Auxiliary processing: in some complex processing processes, such as welding, cutting, spraying, etc., the mechanical arm can carry the corresponding tools, according to the precise trajectory and parameters, to ensure the stability and consistency of processing quality.

Parts assembly: mechanical arm can be used in the assembly of parts in machining, can quickly and accurately assemble different parts together, realize automatic assembly line, improve assembly accuracy and production efficiency, reduce production cost, especially suitable for the assembly of small and precision parts

2. Application of the linear module

Workbench positioning: in machining, the linear module can be used as the driving device of the workbench to realize the precise movement and positioning of the workbench in the linear direction, and ensure the relative position accuracy between the machining tool and the workpiece, so as to improve the machining accuracy. For example, in the CNC milling machine, the linear module can control the movement of the bench in the direction of X and Y axis to realize the accurate milling of the workpiece.

Tool feed: the linear module can be used to control the feed movement of the tool in the machining process, realize the linear displacement of the tool, ensure the stability and accuracy of the tool in the cutting process, and help to improve the machining surface quality and dimensional precision. For example, in the drill bed, the straight line module can drive the drill bit for accurate straight feeding and complete the drilling process.

Material transportation: in the machining production line, the linear module can be used to transport materials to be processed or processed finished products, to achieve the smooth and accurate transmission of materials between different processing stations, improve production efficiency and logistics automation level.

3. Application of PLC

Equipment control: As the core controller of the machining equipment, PLC can realize the accurate control of the start, stop, speed adjustment and steering control of the processing equipment, and ensure that the equipment works according to the preset process parameters and processing process. For example, in the lathe, the PLC can control the rotation speed of the spindle, the feed speed of the feed shaft and the changing action of the tool.

Logical operation and judgment: PLC can carry out logical operation and judgment on various input signals, and output the corresponding control signals according to different conditions and logical relations, so as to realize the intelligent control of the processing process. For example, in the automated production line, PLC can automatically judge the next operation process according to the position of the workpiece, processing status and other information detected by the sensor, and control the corresponding equipment to perform actions.

Fault diagnosis and alarm: PLC can monitor the running status of mechanical machining equipment, by connecting various sensors and detection components, timely find the fault and abnormal situation of the equipment, and alarm signal, remind operators to process, but lso can record fault information, easy for maintenance personnel troubleshooting and maintenance.
